September 10th Truth in Taxation Budget Proposal Vote

THIS IS NOT OUR FINAL BUDGET!!!
The vote was split Robert Canada, Kevin Schieber and Travis Miles vote yes
Kelly Neider and Peter Schaps oppose.

The above data is the impact on your CITY taxes.
This does not include County or the School taxes.
If finalized as detailed above we will see a 25-30+% increase in our city taxes after the city raised our taxes in 2023 by over 9%.

In addition to the above increases proposed it appears the electric bills will also be increasing from $15.08 up to $45 per month (basic service charge). The per kWh charge will go from 13.2 down to 12 cents.

This was a revenue source for the city to offset tax increases but now we will pay more for electric and still pay more in taxes.

Currently Schieber/Canada/Jennrich appear to be running in support of each other.  Remember this when you vote this election season!
